-Clients should remove all personal belongings, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of service. If any personal belongings are left behind, we will store them in a specified area in the vehicle that will be properly communicated to the client.
-TLC The Luxury Care LLC is not liable for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced and belongings contained inside of the vehicle unless it was due to our negligence.
-Pre-inspection checklist must be conducted, reviewed, and signed by client and technician prior to any work being performed.
-All vehicles are detailed at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
– TLC The Luxury Care LLC or its vendors do not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to ensure all interior lights, headlights or running lights have been turned off.
-We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking, however we strive for 24–48-hour turnaround time.
-Our coating times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fully cure and pass inspection.
-We reserve the right to take a debit or credit details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards shall be processed by Stripe.
-We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure.
– TLC The Luxury Care LLC reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booking services.
– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
– We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of our staff nor clients under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
-Call-out charge varies by location and added to the end total.
-20% of the total will be taken when booking for an appointment, deposit is non-refundable unless approved by owner.
– TLC The Luxury Care LLC reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to paint condition, vehicle size and service package.
– TLC The Luxury Care LLC will send you SMS text messages to confirm your initial service package, date time, and location of your appointment, 1 week appointment reminder, and to conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the job is completed.
-Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. Top Notch is not responsible lee for any potential costs.
-All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
-Every effort will be made to keep scheduled booking to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances that may cause late drop off should be properly communicated to TLC at the client’s earliest convenience.
–Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the original booked appointment without being penalized.
-If a client needs to reschedule their appointment on the same day, they are subject to a 5% rebooking fee based on circumstances.
-TLC The Luxury Care LLC reserves the right to retain the non-refundable 20% deposit for any appointment cancellations.
